Inspections


Document, document, document. The more photos and videos we have the better. We start with our initial property inspection (before our first tenant comes in), then comes the move-in inspection, next we offer a periodic inspection of the property every 3-4 months to ensure your home is cared for to our standards, finally the move-out inspection. Did I say document? All this documentation leaves no room for ambiguity if an issue arises during move out or during one of the many inspections.


Damage happens. It’s not good enough to hope that something won’t happen. Lucky for you we have a plan in place for when it does.
